By submitting a script for review, you agree to the following terms regarding the money-back guarantee:

Eligible Services:
The satisfaction guarantee applies only to first time clients. -
Valid Grounds for Refund:
A refund may be requested if:-
The feedback provided is objectively incomplete, off-topic, or fails to address major elements of the script (e.g., plot, structure, characters).

The turnaround time exceeded the agreed delivery window without prior written communication.

Invalid Grounds for Refund:
Refunds will not be granted for:-
Disagreement with subjective opinions or critical feedback.

The script receiving negative notes you personally disagree with.

Change of mind after delivery of service.

Submitting a version of the script with major issues (formatting, missing pages, etc.) that prevents review.

Time Limit:
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the completed review. -
Submission for Review:
You must clearly explain why you are dissatisfied and provide specific examples that support your claim. Generic complaints will not be accepted. -
Review Discretion:
All refund claims are reviewed case-by-case. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances. -
Additional Work
Additional requests on initial project or any other project is considered proof of satisfaction.​​​
